This policy does not cover websites that link from ours and that litetap.io does not control.

Direct marketing
From time to time we may use your personal information to tell you about litetap.io's products or services, or about promotions we believe may interest you or benefit you. We may do this by email, SMS, telephone, or mail. If you no longer want marketing or promotional material at all, or in a particular form, email [email protected]. We will comply as soon as is practical.
We may also contact you about managing and administering your litetap.io account. Those messages can use any contact method recorded when you registered. They do not change whether you have chosen to receive or refuse marketing.
How we keep it
litetap.io takes reasonable steps to keep the personal information it collects, uses, or discloses correct, and to store it in a secure environment that only authorised people can access. We destroy it, or permanently de-identify it, when we no longer need it for a purpose permitted under the APPs, including our legal or operational obligations.
You acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet is totally secure. litetap.io does not warrant the security of information you send it. You send that information at your own risk. Once litetap.io receives it, litetap.io takes reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure, including password-protected systems and databases and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Employees, agents, and contractors must keep members' personal information and trading behaviour confidential.
Information you post on a bulletin board, or in a social media setting such as Facebook, Twitter, or a chat room, becomes public. litetap.io cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed that way.
We take seriously the responsibility to exclude children from access to our services. We will not accept their information for the purpose of opening a wagering account. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's internet use, including, where appropriate, with internet screening software.
Log out when you finish on the website. That matters especially if you share a computer. You are responsible for the security of, and access to, your own computer, mobile device, or any other handset used to reach the website. You alone are responsible for keeping your username, password, and account information secret. Be careful whenever you use the internet and our website.
Access to your information
You can reach the personal information litetap.io holds by opening Settings on the website, or by writing to [email protected]. We will give you access in the way you ask, if that is possible, and within a reasonable time. If we refuse, or cannot give access in that way, we will try to meet your request by other means.
We may not have to give access in circumstances set out in the APPs, including where access would unreasonably affect another person's privacy. If we refuse for those reasons, we will write to you with the refusal, our reasons, and the ways you can complain.
Contact and disputes
For a question, a request to access or correct your information, or a complaint about how we handle it, email us or use the customer support chat on the site.
Email: [email protected]
To complain, contact Litetap's customer service team at that address. If that does not resolve the dispute, you may seek a remedy in the jurisdiction that governs this policy.
Changes to this policy
litetap.io may review, change, and update this policy from time to time so that it matches our current practices and obligations. The current version is published at www.litetap.io, and a change applies when it is published. Read this policy regularly so you stay familiar with it.
