Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Litetap, which runs the site and games at https://litetap.io/. Using the service means you accept them. Please read them before you play, claim, deposit, or withdraw.
Using the service
Litetap gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site and its games on your own device.
The games are not for anyone under 21, anyone under the age of majority where they live, or anyone playing them from a place where that play is illegal. Litetap does not check the law of every country. You are responsible for making sure your play is lawful.
Litetap owns the service, including its code, structure, and organization. Within the limits of the law, you may not copy, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or translate the site, and you may not use the service in a way the law forbids. You are responsible for damage caused by that misuse, and you will tell Litetap if you learn that someone else is doing it.
The name Litetap, its domain names, and the text, images, and other material on the site belong to Litetap. Using the service does not give you any right in them. Do not use them without written permission, and do not do anything that harms those rights.
No warranties
The service is provided as it is. Litetap gives no warranty, express or implied, about its quality, fitness for a purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
Litetap also does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, on time, or free of errors, or that any defect will be fixed.
Your duties
You agree to the game rules published on litetap.io. Litetap decides how the service is issued, maintained, and closed. A decision by Litetap about use of the service, or about a dispute, is final.
By using the service you agree that:
- You can lose cryptocurrency, and Litetap is not responsible for that loss.
- You use the service by your own choice and at your own risk.
- You are responsible for any tax due on cryptocurrency you receive.
- Networks and internet access are outside Litetap's control, and Litetap is not liable for outages, slowness, or similar failures.
- To play the games, you are 21 or older, you are of legal age where you live, you are in a place where playing is legal, you are not self-excluded from gambling, and you will tell Litetap if you later self-exclude.
Prohibited use
The service is for your own entertainment. You may not open extra accounts, including to collude with others or to abuse the service.
People located in, or resident in, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kiribati, Malawi, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mozambique, Nauru, Niger, North Korea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam may not use the service. The same restriction applies to residents and citizens of any other country while they are in one of those places.
Trying to get around that restriction breaks these terms. That includes hiding or changing the information Litetap uses to identify your location, and giving false or misleading information about where you live or where you are.
Accounts and rewards
A registration reward can be claimed once. If a reward is taken by cheating, including by registering extra accounts, Litetap may close the account. Amounts you deposited can still be withdrawn. Litetap has the final say on this rule.
If you break these terms, Litetap may end this agreement, end any other agreement with you, and take legal action. You will cover claims, losses, and costs, including legal fees, that come from your breach, from your violation of a law or of someone else's rights, or from your use of the service. That cover extends to Litetap and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees.
Liability
Litetap is not liable for special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages from use or misuse of the service, including lost profits, interruption, or lost information, even if Litetap knew such damages were possible. This includes negligence.
Nothing here limits Litetap's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
Disputes and changes
To complain, write to [email protected]. If that does not resolve the dispute, you may seek a remedy in the jurisdiction that governs this agreement.
Litetap may update these terms, or change the service, at any time by posting the new version. The posted version applies from then on. Continued use means you accept the update, so check this page when you return.
Other terms
If one clause is illegal or unenforceable somewhere, the rest of these terms still stand there, and that clause still stands elsewhere.
Litetap may assign or subcontract this agreement, in whole or in part, without notice. You may not assign your rights or duties.
If Litetap does not enforce a clause once, that is not a waiver of that clause or of any other clause. These terms give no rights to anyone who is not a party. They do not create a partnership, agency, trust, or joint venture. They are the whole agreement about the service and replace any earlier agreement about it.
